Services
Volta authorized service in Antalya
Servicing, warranty work and genuine parts for every Volta model. It does not matter where you bought your Volta.
We are one of Volta’s authorized service points in Antalya. We look after every Volta vehicle, from electric scooters, mopeds and three-wheelers to four-wheel electric vehicles and petrol models.
You may have bought your vehicle from a dealer, online or from a shop such as A101. For warranty work and servicing, just bring it to an authorized service point. The warranty on Volta vehicles is 2 years. On petrol motorcycles and ATVs, it is 2 years or 30,000 km, whichever comes first. The warranty must be activated at an authorized service point within one month of delivery.

Electric models
First check at 1 month, then every 6 months. If more than 6 months pass between two services, you lose the warranty, even if you rarely use the vehicle.
Petrol models
First service at 500 km or 1 month, then every 3,000 km or 6 months. A major service is done at 9,000 and 18,000 km.
E-bikes
First check at 1 month, then every 6 months.
At every service
We record the service in Volta’s system, give you a service form and tell you when the next service is due. If you want the old parts we replaced, we hand them over to you.
What to bring
- Invoice and warranty certificate (bring both)
- Registration document (ruhsat), for models with a number plate
- Charger (if the problem is charging or range)
- The vehicle’s keys
FAQ
I bought my Volta from A101 or online. Will you service it?
Yes. As an authorized service point, we look after Volta vehicles wherever you bought them. For warranty work, bring both the invoice and the warranty certificate.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty does not cover wear from normal use (brake pads, filters, belts, oil, bulbs, fuses), missed services, work done at unauthorized workshops, non-genuine parts, water that gets in during pressure washing, overloading, or a battery that swells or fails because it was not charged as instructed. You pay for scheduled servicing.
My range has dropped. Is the battery worn out?
Not always. Low tyre pressure, a dragging brake, hot or cold weather and carrying a load also reduce range. We test the battery first, then decide. If charging takes longer than the manual says, or the battery has swollen or smells, bring it in straight away.
What if the same fault comes back after a repair outside the warranty?
Under the After-Sales Services Regulation (Satış Sonrası Hizmetler Yönetmeliği), if the same fault comes back within one year of a repair outside the warranty, it is fixed free of charge. Parts fitted have a warranty of at least six months.
Is my vehicle affected by a recall?
Volta has carried out a voluntary recall of some APT4 and APX5 vehicles built in 2023. You can check with your chassis number on Volta’s announcements page, or ask us.
