What data we process
Messages you prepare with the contact and “Sell your bike” forms and send on WhatsApp, and the name, phone number, email address, vehicle details and message content you give us by phone, on WhatsApp or by email.
For servicing and sales: vehicle registration details, number plate, chassis number, invoice and warranty certificate details, and insurance and accident report details.
Why we process it
To answer your request, arrange service appointments and prepare quotes, carry out sales, servicing, warranty and insurance work, and meet our legal obligations (invoicing, record keeping).
Your data is not used for marketing and is not sold to third parties.
Legal basis and transfers
Data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK, on the grounds of entering into and performing a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Data may be transferred to Volta Motor for warranty work, to the insurance company and loss adjusters concerned for insurance work, and to the competent authorities where the law requires it. The forms on this site store no data: they prepare your message in WhatsApp, and when you send it, it reaches us through WhatsApp (Meta).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser. The map is loaded from Google when you press the “Load map” button, and it uses Google’s own cookies.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can find out whether your data is processed, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and use your other rights by writing to [email protected]. We reply to requests within 30 days at the latest.
